High Performance
PINE is waterproof (IP67-rated) up to three-feet deep for 30 mins and sand-proof, so it will keep up with your adventures wherever they take you. If you drop it in the water it will float so you won't have to take a dip to rescue it!

One of our top priorities when designing the PINE speaker and its kit was finding alternative materials. Materials that deliver on performance but also reduce our impact, ones that could be reused, recycled or repaired.
Anodised aluminium
100% recyclable and super strong while retaining all of its original properties. It's non-toxic and endlessly recyclable.
Recycled plastic
Created using PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic. By re-using what would have been waste, we’re keeping material out of the landfill and reducing PINE's carbon footprint
Natural Rubber
Obtained through an ethical process called tapping, which involves extracting milky sap from the Hevea Brasiliensis tree without causing harm to the tree itself. This method promotes biodiversity in the surrounding ecosystems.

The POCA audio Warranty covers defects in every POCA audio product for thirty (30) months from the date of purchase.
If you have a valid claim and have returned the product in accordance with procedure we will repair or replace the defective product free of cost.
Accidental Damage Repairs
The POCA audio Warranty does not include accidental damage. We offer accidental damage repairs as a separate service.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?
On a full charge, the speaker can last up to 30 hours of continuous playtime, depending on the volume, settings used and type of music.
Is the speaker water and dust resistant?
Absolutely! The PINE Beat has IP67 rating, making it resistant to both water and dust, perfect for outdoor use.
Does the speker have a cable connection?
Yes, the PINE Beat has an aux output next to the charging point.
Is there a warranty on the speaker?
Yes, the PINE Beat comes with a 30 month manufacturer warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
How does charging the speaker and batteries work?
A USB-C to USB-C cable is supplied with PINE Beat and the charging port is located on the back of the speaker.
To charge the battery pack, place the battery inside PINE Beat and connect. PINE has fast charging and only takes 2.5 hours to charge per battery. If you’ve purchased multiple battery packs swap the battery packs to charge.
How is the PINE Beat speaker serviceable?
The first component to break in electronics devices is normally the batteries, so by making quick changing batteries, this solves the most common issue experienced. It also gives you longer playtime.
We don’t expect other components to fail, but if the worst happens and PINE Beat goes head to head with your dog or a wild bear return the speaker to us and we’ll repair it.
PINE Beat uses screws where possible as opposed to glue meaning easy access.
Can I turn the light off for night time audio books or music?
Yes, press and hold the light button to switch all lights off.
