Repair Policy

At POCA Audio, we believe that well-made tech should last and that repair/upgrades should always come before replacement. That’s why we aim to repair your product at a fair and transparent price, helping to extend its life and reduce waste.

This is what Loud for Life® looks like.

🔧 If You’re Still Under Warranty

If your product develops a fault within the Warranty Period, and it’s not excluded from our warranty policy, POCA Audio will:

  • Repair or, if necessary, replace part of the product,
  • At no cost to you,
  • As long as the issue occurred during normal use.

If the product can’t be repaired, we may replace it with one of equal or similar specifications. If replaced, your old product will be recycled or upcycled as part of our circular commitment.

🛠️ Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is no longer under warranty, or the issue isn’t covered, we’re still very happy to help.

We'll first assess the repair and let you know:

  • If the issue is fixable

  • The type of repair needed (minor, major, or custom)

The cost and conditions before any work begins.

For repairs inside the United Kingdom of electronic products, we offer:

📍Note: Repairs outside the UK may cost more due to international shipping and handling. We'll confirm the price before you send anything to us.

♻️ If Your Product Can’t Be Repaired

If a product is beyond repair — for example, due to accidents, beyond IP67 water damage, internal corrosion, or critical structural failure — we won’t let it go to waste.

  • Any reusable components will be salvaged to support future repairs.
  • Remaining materials will be responsibly sent to specialist recyclers, so they can begin a new life as something else.

This is part of our circular commitment. No landfill. No shortcuts.
