Our 30-Month Warranty

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by POCA audio Ltd ("POCA audio", "We", "Us", or "Our") to the original end-user purchaser ("You" or "Your") of a POCA audio product ("Product"). This Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from POCA audio or from authorised resellers and used under normal consumer usage in accordance with the Product's ‘User Guide’ and official documentation.

In case you have doubts whether you are purchasing a POCA audio original product, please contact us and we will provide you with information regarding our authorised partners.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

POCA audio warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials, workmanship, and design under normal use for a period of thirty (30) months from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”), subject to the terms and exclusions stated herein.

If the Product is repaired or replaced under this Warranty, the Warranty Period is not extended unless required by applicable law. In such cases, the Warranty shall be extended by the minimum period mandated by law. Otherwise, the repaired or replacement Product shall carry the remaining warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

Ownership of the Product is transferable, provided that the new owner (“Second Owner”) presents valid proof of purchase from POCA audio or its authorised reseller ("Transferred Warranty").

2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including deterioration of batteries, surface finishes, and other consumables unless due to a defect in design or workmanship;
  • Damage from improper use not consistent with official instructions or documentation;
  • Drops and impacts
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents)
  • Damage during return shipment to POCA audio;
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, abuse, improper storage, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., moisture, heat, cold);
  • Damage from external events such as fire, flooding, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, or acts of God;
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, alterations, or servicing;
  • Products reported or flagged as stolen;
  • Use of the Product in violation of local laws or regulations;
  • Claims arising from fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by the end-user.

This Warranty is void if:

  • Any part of this Warranty has been altered without POCA audio’s prior written consent;
  • POCA audio is not notified of the defect within the Warranty Period;
  • Proof of purchase is not provided or is illegible/incomplete.

3. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a Warranty claim:

  1. Cease use of the defective Product immediately to prevent further damage.

  2. Contact POCA audio using the details provided below. Follow the 'Request a Warranty Repair' in the subject line on the form at the bottom of this page.

  3. We will issue a prepaid return label (within the UK) for in-warranty claims within a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. After that period, you are required to pay for the return shipping. Contact POCA Audio for an up-to-date shipping quote.

  4. Once received and assessed, we will repair or replace the Product and return it to you.

Warranty service is limited to the options available in the country in which the claim is made. Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary by location.

You must provide valid proof of purchase from an authorised reseller. If the Product is outside the Warranty or excluded from coverage, POCA audio will provide a repair quote. If declined, You may request return (shipping and diagnostics fees apply) or free recycling of the Product.

POCA audio does not offer loan or replacement Products during repair periods.

4. REMEDIES

If a defect is confirmed within the Warranty Period, POCA audio will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;

  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished item of equivalent value and specifications.

Replaced or repaired parts become the property of POCA audio.

The malfunctioning or defective product that POCA audio has replaced shall become POCA Audio’s property

We may use refurbished parts for repairs, which will be tested to ensure full functionality and good cosmetic condition. Add in staying true to our mission and keeping it low impact.

Only POCA audio can service your products, no 3rd party repairers are authorised. 

In-warranty services are free of charge, including:

  • Shipping (within the UK) within 90 days of purchase;
  • Return postage (after 90 days) via the most economical method;
  • Labour and parts costs.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY

Out-of-warranty repairs/services are subject to separate terms and fees. See our Repairs Policy.

Customers outside the U.K; we can service your POCA Audio product. You will be responsible for shipping costs to our U.K service centre, and return back to you.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy against POCA audio. We disclaim any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

POCA audio’s liability is strictly limited to the actual cash value of the Product, taking into account reasonable depreciation due to use. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
